La/goo/n
In La/goo/n a multitude of connections unfolds as bodily boundaries become fluid through viscous substances, opening associative spaces for utopian forms of life. An ambivalent field emerges between horror and fascination, empathy and disgust, allowing immersion into the vitality of material processes. Audiences are invited to freely choose their position and perspective within the space and to experience a multilayered, expanded practice of dance that encompasses sculptural, landscape-like, and installative qualities.
tranzit.org marked its 20+ anniversary during the opening days of the Venice Biennale 2026 with the performance La/goo/n conceived by Doris Uhlich and a conversation between Tereza Stejskalová and Paul B. Preciado. Curated by Georg Schöllhammer, the event took place on May 9, 2026 at Restaurant In Paradiso, Venice.
